Comprehensive Planning Minutes May 19, 2005
The Comprehensive Planning Committee met on May 19, 2005 at 9:16 a.m. to review and discuss implementation of the Comprehensive HIV Care Services Plan. The Chair of the Comprehensive Planning Committee was absent. Therefore, discussion followed, but decisions were not made.
Members Present: Cynthia Juniper, Rita Castro, Robert Luckey, Aaron Montemayor, Chris Benfer, and Sissy Riffin
BVCOG Staff Present: Crystal Crowell and Sherry Falgout
Crystal Crowell provided a brief overview of the three-year work plan, the goals and objectives of the plan, and whether or not the goals have been accomplished. The main goals and objectives have been addressed through different committees of the Planning Council, but the Committee still needs to further address some goals and objectives.
BVCOG will provide a copy of the Comprehensive HIV Care Services Plan to the Comprehensive Planning Committee members at the June Planning Council meeting. The Committee will go through the Comprehensive HIV Care Services Plan during their face-to-face meeting in August.
The Comprehensive Planning Committee meeting adjourned at 9:29 a.m.
