Below you will find the continuation RFA and related forms for Ryan White Title II, State Services, and HOPWA due February 23, 2007. Please note that all of these contracts will start April 1, 2007. Since there have been a couple of questions about this, I want to clarify that the amended contract years for State Services and HOPWA are only applicable for this year and will not be permanent changes.

Please note, there is an error in the previous RFA Program Guidance allocation tables (pages 3 - 4) that showed State Services funds spanning from April 1, 2007 to August 31, 2008. The correct date range is April 1, 2007 to August 31, 2007, a 5 month period. The file available for download below has been corrected.
